For project-based work, a 50% down payment is required to start the project, with a 50% final payment due on the project's completion date. This payment method ensures that both parties are committed to the project and incentivizes the VA to complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. 

The job rating for a General Virtual Assistant is determined based on the tasks that are assigned and completed. The rating will depend on the complexity of the tasks. 

Payment for project-based work is determined by milestones. Each milestone represents a specific phase of the project, and payment is made upon completion of each milestone. This allows for transparency and ensures that both parties are satisfied with the progress of the project before moving on to the next phase. 

Yes, advanced tasks may require additional fees. The cost will depend on the complexity and scope of the task. I will provide you with a quote and discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding with the task. My goal is to be transparent and ensure that you are aware of all costs upfront.
